Windows 10: Monitor

Hi, I have a Dell G3 15 laptop and a Odyssey G5 144hz external display and was wondering if anyone else has a problem of them having to unplug and re plug in there monitor whenever they turn on there laptop or if its just me its been happening sense Ive had the external display and it gets wall power but the HDMI doesn't get recognized until I re plug it into my computer and I have no Idea why it would be like that but it would be nice if I had some help because I spent 300$ dollar on it and hasnt been used so it would be nice if I had some help

Trouble with 2 monitors

I suggest you to change the settings to Extended Monitor and check if it helps.

Please follow below steps:

• Right Click any ware of the Desktop, and launch Personalization.
• Go to dual monitor settings under personalization, and change it Extended Monitor.

i have a problem to connect 2 monitors.

• What changes did you make in the BIOS? As making the changes in the BIOS is only recommended by Microsoft if done by the manufacturer.
  

• How are you connecting to the 2nd monitor?
