Windows 10: Monitoring and updating a text file

Hello

I'm looking for a tool that will monitor and update live a text file. That file would be open and an external software will write some log in it.

Any idea how to do that?

IE11 Address Bar Tiny! How do I enlarge?

I have the same problem, but in my case the toolbar text is too large (appearance on the second monitor - set to 2560x1440). On the surface pro the text is set text size 175%, the monitor text size set to 100%. All programs (such as File Explorer or Google
Chrome) come up in the expected text size on both screens. Only IE11 (Toolbar) is normal on the Surface Pro 3 screen, but becomes huge on the monitor (content remains normal). This is not happening using google Chrome. There must be a way to adjust the tool
bar text size with IE11 depending on the Screen resolution.

Anyone else who can help. My only solution is to us Google Chrome.

 

Windows 10 corrupt text

Thank you for the suggestions. I have Win 10 version 1511. I ran the file checker you recommended and it found no integrity problems with file system. I scanned for updates and my desktop is up to date. I have already tried to use Clear Type and it doesn't
help. I also tried a different monitor and had the same problems. My Outlook email and Start menu problem persists. For a few minutes after boot-up the text is sharp and clear then it slowly devolves into blurry text.

 

If the file is going to be in use it may be locked so hard to do

 

Did installed NotePad ++. It has a function to do that and another function to let the window always displayed on the screen
