Windows 10: Monitors are black

So I went to turn on my computer and nothing happened it wouldn't turn on it wouldn't pull up so I turned off the computer and then turned it on again and the same thing happened the monitors are in energy saving mode and they will not get out of it so how do I fix that problem if I can't even log on to my computer at all because the monitors are in power saving mode or energy saving mode

I understand the you have tried to resolve the issue and tried many steps. I really appreciate your efforts in resolving this issue. As you have mentioned that switching the cables make both the monitor
work so I believe its not the driver issue. I would suggest you to try connecting another cable and check if the issue persists.
