  1. Monitors do not work after reboot

Hello all! Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I couldn't find anything online. I recently got 3 monitors set-up for my windows 10 pc. It works fine but all of a sudden when I restart my computer 2 of the 3 monitors will not be detected. The one that is detected and works is not even my main display. I can fix it by restarting again, but I don't think I should have to restart twice to use a basic feature. Another issue is, that when the monitor issue happens Windows is incredibly slow until I restart the 2nd time. I turned off the fast boot option and so far that seems to have fixed the lag issue, but not the monitor issue. Does anyone have any ideas on what could be wrong or how to fix this?

    All drivers are up-to-date

    i7 8700k

    GTX1070ti

    16gb of ddr4

1tb WD SSD x2 (neither are not even close to full)

  3. Windows 10 Update - Now my dual monitors do not work

    Hi,

One of the possible reasons why Windows 10 was unable to detect your dual monitor is an outdated or incompatible graphics driver. To best address your concern, we need you to answer the following questions:

    • Which Windows 10 build are you using?
    • Have you already tried performing the troubleshooting steps suggested by
Mauro Cavallin on June 16, 2017?
    • Are both of the monitors not working just like what the original poster was experiencing? If yes, have you tried disconnecting one of the monitors? What was the outcome?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

We will be waiting for your response.

Windows 10 infinite restart black screen

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
