Windows 10: monitors goes black but system keep running

My specs:Motherboard Asus Rog Strix Z590-A WifiCpu Intel Core i7-11700kGpu Asus Tuf RTX 3070TiMem 2x G.Skill DDR4 F4-3200C16-16GTZR PC4-25600 16GBSo the issue happends when my pc is under some load, like games or heavy soft, it even happened to me when i played valorant which is not requiring so much of resources. But the problem is when my monitors goes black, pc is still running and i can hear the sound in game or videos i have 2 monitors and 1 of them is having trouble to wo

Primary monitor randomly goes black

Got a monitor issue. Looked at other posts about this issue be could not find anything addressing my issue. Over the past few months, my primary monitor randomly (no pattern to the issue) goes black but the led shows it to still be working. Secondary monitor is working. Only way to get the primary back is to reboot the computer. I tried reversing the DVI-D cable but no luck, primary still goes black. Regardless of which monitor is set to primary, that is the monitor that goes black. The monitor set as secondary never goes black. Any ideas?

 

PC goes into black screen and froze

Yeah I'm pretty sure that's not a software related issue which is why I was suggesting that you remove the video card to start with since it's such an easy process of elimination step.

I'm not familiar with AMD CPUs, I did see that you had listed in your system specs but I had no idea whether or not it has an iGPU

Is there any possibility of you being able to get your hands on any compatible video card at all?it would be the easiest step to try to troubleshoot or at least one of the easier ones. You should be able to get into the bios without anything but A display cable hooked up to the motherboard

I also see that you are facing issues with the keyboard this might be due to the corruption of keyboard drivers. I suggest you to run the
