Windows 10: Monitors - No Signal Detected - Extensive troubleshooting already done

Yesterday my work laptop slid off my desk. It pulled the USB-C out of the port. The USB-C is connected to a Lenovo dock, which in turn, are connected to two monitors. Since then, I cannot get my monitors to be detected. Information: - The dock was unaffected in the laptop falling. It did not have the USB-C pulled out from it. No tension was put on it and there was no trauma to the dock itself. - My mouse and keyboard are still detected.- When plugging in the DP/VGA, the monitor acts like it’s detecting and then stops. The laptop will not act like it’s detected, E.G. screen turning black while

Laptop not projecting signal / detecting additional monitors

My laptop previously connected no problem to an external monitor via HDMI. Now, the monitor displays "no signal from HDMI" when connected, and my laptop does not "detect" an external monitor. I have tried the following troubleshooting steps:

Reboot

replaced HDMI

Used different cables/ HDMI to USB -C adapter

Tried separate monitors

Uninstalled graphics drivers and hidden generic monitors

Cleared cache/temp files

system restore

Still, it does not pick up an external monitor. What can I do to fix this? The port itself has no damage, but it somehow does not seem to recognize that a monitor gets plugged in and therefore does not send a signal via HDMI or USB-C.

• When you say "signal", are you referring to the Internet?
• Are you getting any error messages? If yes, what is the exact error message?
• To make sure that we have not missed on anything, what troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
