Windows 10: monitors not detected and continuous flashing

I have a Legion 5 laptop with Nvidia GPU, this morning I turn on the laptop and the other 2 monitors, only that all 3 monitors start flashing and the PC becomes unusable, I tried to connect only one monitor at a time, one with HDMI and it works and the other one with the usbc-displayport, except that when I connect them both nothing works anymore, not even the laptop monitor.I also tried updating the GPU drivers and checking for Windows updates, but nothing.how can I solve it? this is what i see: screen of nvidia control pannell

2nd monitor is not detected

Just purchased AOC portable monitor. Loaded drivers. When I plug the monitor into USB3.0, it flashes on (AOC) and then goes off. There is no on/off button. Using Windows 10. Monitor is not detected. I am not sure what else I must do in order to use
this monitor. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thank you.

 

windows 11 cannot detect my second monitor

Windows 11 cannot detect my second monitor. Help. I did all the suggested troubleshooting steps but nothing seems to work.

 

After Install of Windows 10 Monitor Continues to Flash

After being notified that I could update to Windows 10 I went ahead with the install and everything appeared to proceeding with no issues. After the install completed I now have the new Window picture display but the monitor continues to flash and I have
the small circle icon rotating. I tried Ctrl-Alt-Del and the Task Manager shows no programs running. The desktop icons will appear momentarily and then disappear. The computer was working with Windows 7 prior with no issues. Any suggestions.
