Windows 10: Monitors turn off after booting

Hey, I need help with this issue I have where my monitors I have 2 turn off right after the booting screen disappears, or maybe they don't turn off but it shows that there is no signal. I've tried changing sources 1 used display port and the other uses hdmi I changed the inputs on the gpu and nothing seems to help, I saw that I'm supposed to uninstall my display drivers but how am I supposed to do that if I can't get into my home screen. Thanks. Suggest you do a clean boot and see what happens, then if the monitor still turns on, you have potentially far less logged by Proc Mon.

To address your issue with connecting a new monitor, please perform these steps:

• Plug in the old monitor.
• Uninstall the video driver, go to Device Manager > right-click on the video driver >
  Uninstall.
  
• Unplug the old monitor, then connect the new one.
• Turn on the computer, and Windows will attempt to reinstall the driver.
