Windows 10: Monitors turn off when game is open

I had a problem because my set up has three monitors and when I want to play a game on one monitor the middle one the other two automatically say no signal then turn off but the when I close the game both turn right back on. Does anyone know how to keep the monitors on when the game is open?

My workaround is to use PowerPoint Screen Recorder but this need additional screen capture.

The reason for Screen Recorder is Windows 10 Mouse Cursor for Office Menu item disappear when select Screen Capture App. It is cumbersome to show Tech Support what is selected on Office App on captured screen...

i just downloaded a game and it will open and shut automatically

For a better clarity on the issue, please answer the below questions;

• Please specify the game you are having issue with?
• Are you getting any error messages while opening the game?
• Also, did you download the game from windows Store?

For workaround, I would suggest you to follow the below steps and see if the issue can be resolved.

• Type Troubleshooting in the search next to start on the desktop.
  
• Click on View All on left side and select Windows Store Apps.
• Follow the onscreen instructions.
