Windows 10: Monochrome .RW2 Files Displayed in Photos in Color, Panasonic DC-FZ80 Lumix

Good evening,I like taking monochrome, i.e. Black & White pictures with my camera. When I look at them in MS Photos, not Legacy, my pictures appear in color. I do not want my color pictures to appear in monochrome, so I'm not sure I want to change the Accessibility Settings. What should I do? Am I missing a setting? Wanted to send a Thanks for your time. Microsoft Photos' support RAW file (RW2) for Panasonic Lumix GH6

Microsoft Photos doesn't seem to support RAW file (RW2) for Panasonic Lumix GH6. Is there a codec available for download?
The thumbnail preview seems to be okay, If I open the file, it first show up okay but after couple of seconds the image becomes pure noise.

For you to view the photos taken form your camera, you may need to download or install the Camera application specific for Panasonic Lumix RW2 camera in your Windows 10 computer.
