Windows 10: MORE UPDATES MORE ERROR'S FOR ME

First I have a big question and I happen to be a new laptop, because I went to design school, so I bought a laptop that has only 8GB of RAM with AMD Ryzen 5 that can handle some heavy design applications for a while before assembling a new PC, but the problem is when I connect Windows always updates to the internet then I think why not? Because I have a fairly smooth wifi I always update every time there is an update notification, my laptop goes down and my laptop performance deteriorates and when I look at the Windows task manager application "Svchost.exe" uses a lot of my RAM. I prefer Windows 7 and rather regret updating to Windows 10

A simple solution but one that works in most circumstances!

1. Click Start, click Run, type services.msc, and then click OK.

2. In the list of services, right-click Automatic Updates, and then click Properties.

3. In the Startup type list, click Automatic, and then click Apply.

4. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.

5. Right-click Background Intelligent Transfer Service, and then click Properties.

6. In the Startup type list, click Manual, and then click Apply.

7. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.
