    MORE WIN10 STUTTERING WOOOOOOOOOOOOO


    Alright, same business as EVERYONE ELSE. I upgraded my garbage HP laptop from win8.1 to win10 and now it stutters like a speech impediment. I read other posts and found that running the AMD cleanup utility DOES work. Except it removes my GPU drivers and subsequently I can no longer use my HDMI input and run a second monitor.


    Soon as I update the drivers the stutter comes back. Then I have to run the cleanup again and get rid of it. **** microsoft.


    What do I do? Try old versions of gpu drivers one by one until it works? I am one more reset away from throwing this POS into the street.

    • Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....
    Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
    - Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.
