Windows 10: Most applications on my server computer are very slow

Hi guys, I've been using this server computer at work since a year ago and it has been running well until a few days ago when I noticed most of the applications except a few ones are running very slow. When I checked the task manager, the CPU usage is only 1% and the memory is only 16%. This computer runs on Intel Xeon with 64 Gb of RAM so I don't think the hardware is the issue. I've also run a windows security check and it indicates there is no virus or any threat. I did a sfc /scannow with command prompt and there seems to be no issue. Fortunately, the applications that I work on most of the time run very smoothly, but some applications like google chrome and all windows built-in applications are very laggy. For example in chrome, when I type in the search bar it takes a while for the word to come out after I type.

Does anyone have the same issue?

From the screenshot that you have provided, I understood that it’s not the issue with the disk usage. The slowness might be due to the memory usage.

As an initial troubleshooting step, I suggest you to run maintenance task and check if it helps.
