    Your piece of **** operating system wasn't allowing me to select more than one item at a time in a folder. Every time I selected more than one item and tried to do something the folder closed. I spent nearly 2 hours trying to get support through your worthless pos chat system. after 40 minutes the screen froze when there were supposedly two people ahead of me. I had to start all over and wait another 40 minutes. After than 40 minutes the agent did troubleshooting, told me I had to run the windows repair disk. I specificially asked if this would fix the problem and he said absolutely. I as

    It is the same here. Absolutely NO ONE to speak to, and I cannot even reach anyone on Live Chat. I am in Singapore and the customer care hotline requires you to key in a series of options and finally in the end, you have to key in the serial number. Can't
    they just ask for the serial number right at the start so that they don't waste people's time keying in some many things just to find that the serial number does not qualify for service. Which in my case is not true as I got the phone through a service provider
    who reassured me my phone is under warranty. I must say I have never ever met with such HORRIBLE customer service in my entire life. this will absolutely be my last nokia produce.

    BulldogXX, please tell this forum more about yourself. You have been responding to posts since 2010. Over that 7.5 years, you have posted 13,910 times. That is an average of 1,855/year.

    That suggests that you are either very OCD and have no life outside your basement, or you are a paid problem solver. Considering your defense of poorly-paid technicians, my bet is the latter.

    Further, because this is a Microsoft Community board, my hunch is you are paid by Microsoft. Am I correct?

    Are you paid by anyone? If not, how can you afford to spend so much time on this board?

    As for me, I am a very frustrated Microsoft customer who has expectations that products should work as intended. And when not, good customer service should be provided to make it right, particularly when the problems are with other products sold by that
    company by shoddy design and/or engineering. In my case, many of my problems are with Office.

    Thanks for your ostensible concern. Once we get beyond our mutual introductions, I will respond to your last post.
