Windows 10: Most Copilot+ exclusive features missing

I've got my Copilot+ laptop few months ago. Since then, I've had to do a fresh windows install to opt out of the insider program. Anyways after most of the features like translating in Live Captions, Cocreator in paint, or restyle in photos are missing from my computer. I'm on the latest public version of Windows. Could the fresh windows install be something to do with this or are these features simply not available to the public yet?

Copilot randomly got removed from taskbar options.

Hello,

I can understand how frustrating it is when an essential feature like copilot disappears unexpectedly.

Here are few steps to fix this issue.

1. Open Settings.
   
   Click on Personalization.
   
   In Taskbar, check if the Copilot toggle is off. If so, turn it on.
   
2. If Group Policy Editor isn’t working, try these steps:
   
   • Press Win + R, and enter gpedit.msc.
     
   • Navigate to User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Start Menu and Taskbar.
     
   • Look for any policies related to Copilot and ensure they’re not disabled.

None of the methods to disable Copilot work, can't even hide it
