Windows 10: Most of the programs installed on my PC keep crashing, what can I do?

Hi I'm creating this topics, because it's been 3 days, when I 'm launching a program like, brave my navigator, GeForce experience, CCleaner, Razer synapse, league of legends, or some settings in the settings of windows 10. The programm launch, then after 2 or 3 seconds seems to crash and then just stop. Some of the apps on my PC keep working like discord, steam, photosho or visual studio code. This problem started after that in a game of lol I pressed many keys at once. And then the games crashed, brave, crashed. And I couldn't reopen it. I relaunched my PC and was fine. But I was wrong. Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

 

Secondary HDD Crashed, Can't Uninstall or Install Programs

Before assisting further, I would like to ask you few questions:

• 
  Which program are you trying to install?
  
• 
  Did you check if you are able to find the program in
  Programs and Features window?
  

You will be able to completely uninstall and remove the relevant files of a program or an application from the PC in
Program and Features window.

To uninstall a program or an application completely from the PC, follow the steps below:

• 
  Press Windows logo+ R
  keys on the keyboard, type appwiz.cpl
  and press Enter.
  
• 
  Check if you are able to find the program you are trying to install is located in the window.
  
• 
  If yes, select the program and click on
  Uninstall option.
  
• 
  After the uninstalling process is complete, close the window and check if the changes are effective.
  

If the issue persists, I suggest you to check if the program developer has a program removal kit for that particular program and uninstall the program completely from the PC.

Older programs Setup.exe crashes before installing

Thank you for posting on Microsoft Community. I understand the inconvenience you are facing. I will certainly help you with this.

This issue may arise due to compatibility issue with programs. I suggest you to try compatibility mode for installation of game/programs and check if it helps. To do so kindly follow the below given steps:

• Right click on game/programs setup that you have downloaded.
  
• Click/tap on Properties.
• Check the Run this program in Compatibility mode for under
  Compatibility tab
• Select Windows 8.1/8/7/XP from the drop down under
  Compatibility mode section.
• Click on Apply and Ok.
• Install the drivers, restart PC and check if issue is resolved.
