Windows 10: Most of Windows' software broken

Hello, I installed windows last year, and i couldn't help noticing that i didnt have a calculator, or photo viewer, video viewer, i cant config security, xbox doesn't exist, the store isnt there, notepad isn't displayed on the menus etc, in this image this is what it tells me with everything.I found out that i had the fatal 0x8000ffff error, so i run DISM and it errors of course, is this hopeless? I tried reinstalling with a completely different windows image the one u can download from windows but i chose to keep configuration, and ofc everything stayed broken, so should I reinstall windows

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
