HelloAll of a sudden my pc has stopped working properly. Certain programs do work entirely such as chrome and word but other random ones just refuse to open or crash within seconds. In safe mode, everything works well including the windows settings boxes which refuse to open in normal mode.I've tried MANY sfc scans and DISM scans. I've done a full windows defender scan alongside other antivirus scans. I have also used registry repair apps to try and fix this but I am coming up short. Unsure if this helps but everything works for approximately 10-25 seconds upon initial startup before they star
