Most recent windows 10 update removed my Webroot software and messed up my wifi

Last night I installed the most recent windows 10 update. When I went to use the internet this morning, however, the computer could see and connect to the internet but said it had no internet connection. I tried using my phone's hotspot with the same results. I tried restarting the router and reinstalling the networks adaptors with the same results. In addition, the update removed several apps including Webroot (I can't find the rest of the list). How do I fix this?

    :)

you get the idea. ( too lazy to put it in a for loop and test it.

or just open regedit and remove all the fileX from that key.
