Windows 10: Most stable and fastest build of Windows 10?

Short Version: What's the most stable and fastest build that is still supported for a long time? I want to debloat that version for my own use.

So I got a PC that has some pretty powerful specs although with some bottlenecks that are due for an upgrade very soon (I'm using an old SSD that is DRAMless and a crappy AM4 motherboard). I've been using my stock Windows 10 upgraded to 20H2 for about a year now. And I have had nothing but slowdowns, bugs, freezing and crashing etc. I want to know what the most stable and fastest build there is of Windows 10 that will still be supported for a long time. It's time I start putting Chris Titus Tech's guides to use on my personal PC. I've used his debloated windows 10 ISO guides on other PCs and found very good results. So I ask this subreddit, what is currently the best build of Windows 10 that I can apply these modifications to? I heard 1709 was the best version however it's now out of support so I can't do anything with it. Any thoughts would be very much appreciated. Is windows 10 build 14393 a stable build ?

It is still a stable supported revision of Windows 10, the most recent stable build of Windows 10 1607 is 14393.1066.

The next major revision of Windows 10 is the Creators Update released in early April 2017, also known as version 1703. The latest stable build is 15063.138 as of this writing.

Stable Builds in Windows 10

When you leave the Insider program, you need to wait until the next stable build to be released and then you will be switched to that stable build, for some unknown reason Microsoft removed the option to revert to the last stable build

The only other way would be to clean install the current stable build form a Windows 10 USB, but that would mean you would need to backup your data and clean install all your 3rd party applications .. .

1607 was the latest stable version of Windows 10. Now creators update is the latest one which has a version of 1703.
