    Motherboard aRGB and RGB LEDs don't turn off when Windows shuts down, but will when Linux does.


    I have had my Prime X570-P for a while now and up until today, when I shut down the computer the aRGB and RGB shuts down as well. Then I got a new CyberPower CP1500AVRLCD UPS and connected it and now when I power down Windows 10, the aRGB and RGB stays lit and goes to Unicorn Vomit, while under Linux it shuts off with the computer. I had not changed any settings in the BIOS, so that's not it, and I've even unplugged the USB cable between my computer and my UPS with no luck. Any idea on what it can be that is making this happen?

    Green Power led on when turn pc off

    I don't know if there is something wrong because when I turn PC off, the green power led on the motherboard and the graphic card are still on. Can they be turn off when pc is off too? Thanks.

    i updated my dell 3452 to the latest windows 10 update version 1511. i notice that when i shut down my pc it does not turn off sometimes. the screen says shutting down and then goes black, but the laptop is still running. i must hard shut down it. i tried
    uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers, but it didnt work. please help me.

    Power down button does not completely turn computer power off


    I recently upgraded Windows 7 to Windows 10. When I power down the system from the menu, my computer does not completely turn off. The procedure I use is described below:

    Click Windows_Start_button > Power > Shutdown

    The system closes applications and appears to initiate a shutdown procedure. Everything appears to be shut off, but my mouse is still lit up. I do notice that the fan stops and everything else appears to be completely shut down. When I was running Windows 7 before my upgrade, my system completely powered down.

    I have a dual boot system with Linux, and when I power down from Linux, the shutdown is complete, so I don't think I accidentally did anything to the hardware or BIOS.

    Has anyone else experienced this? I'm pretty sure there is some tweak in Windows 10 that would fix this, but I haven't found it yet. Thanks for any suggestions you might be able to offer.
