Windows 10: Motherboard HDMI does not work if Intel graphics drivers are installed WINDOWS 11

Hi, I have a rather serious problem.I have a motherboard "MSI MAG B560 TOMAHAWK WIFI" on which there is one HDMI port and one DisplayPort.I have connected two monitors an MSI optix g24c HDMI and an old Philips 170s DisplayPort.I have completely uninstalled all graphics drivers, done a clean install but the problem persists.I also tried doing a clean install of windows 11.This is what I understood.The HDMI port works in these cases:- Safe Mode- When switching on the PC, up to the lock screen immediately afterwards the Philips monitor display port is activated and the monitor connected t

You are the one confusing yourself.

Read your motherboard's manual (I just have). Your motherboard accepts 2nd gen Intel CPU --- which has an integrated graphics chip. And the 2nd gen Intel graphics driver comes with Intel Display Audio driver for the HDMI audio. Look at the 2nd gen Intel CPU listings and the various graphics chip that is inside the CPU.

Your problem is that Intel only provided Windows 8 graphics drivers for Intel 2nd gen CPU.

You can download the Windows 8 graphics driver zip file (I just have) and take a look at this folder (there's your Intel Display Audio driver for your HDMI audio).

You are essentially trying to force install the Realtek audio driver onto the HDMI port when the Realtek audio chipset was never designed for HDMI (and Realtek audio driver has nothing to do with HDMI) --- of course it doesn't work.

I purchased a new hard drive and installed Windows on it with media creation tool. After window's installation my second monitor is not being detected. It is plugged into my motherboard via HDMI and should be using Intel graphics as the display adapter (doesn't
show up in device manager). My main monitor is plugged into my nvidia graphics card. My nvidia drivers are up to date. When I try to install intel graphics manually it says the computer does not meet the minimum requirements... the driver is coming right from
my processors support page (here)

Other things to note: I've restarted several times, disabled nvidia driver, plugged the second monitor into the graphics card and it works, my old hard drive with the previous installation of windows is still connected to my motherboard.

Any suggestions? I've exhausted google's answers

Edit: Also if I boot into my old hard drive, the second monitor doesn't work (it was working perfectly fine before installing windows on the new hard drive) And there is no Intel graphics display adapter in the device manager

Thanks for the response. Yes the dual monitor setup worked perfectly on my previous Windows install. I have my main monitor display plugged into my graphics card HDMI and the secondary into the motherboard HDMI.

No my PC is a custom build. The Intel Driver Update Utility tells me there is no software updates for me.

I just booted into safe mode and tried to install the driver and received the same error - "Computer does not meet minimum requirements".
