    Motorola Edge 50 pro does not connect to windows 11 on smart connect


    I am facing problem to connect Motorola edge 50 pro with the Acer Laptop swift 3 windows 11 home. The smart connect App does not pair the devices. Both devices are connected to the same WIFI network. The Phone Link on PC and Link to Windows app on Android are logged in with same Microsoft account login information and phone link shows android connected with the messages. I installed wireless display feature but the problem remains same. This does not work with the USB cable connect. Smart connect is installed from link https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/xp8jrf5sxv03zm?hl=en-gb&gl=INWould yo

    Hi,

    This issue happens due to network privacy settings, antivirus settings, or an incompatible network driver. For us to troubleshoot this issue, we suggest that you follow the steps given on this article:

    Fix network connection issues in Windows 10    .

    Also, we suggest that you reset Microsoft Edge by following these steps:

    • Click on Start.
    • Type Apps & features, and then press Enter.
    • From the list of apps, look for Microsoft Edge, and then click on it.
    • Click on Advanced options link.
    • Click on Reset button.
    • Click on Reset button again to confirm.

    Intel Smart Connect Technology Not working after Windows 10 Pro upgrade

    I upgraded this evening to Windows 10 Pro, pretty seamless and easy but my Intel Smart Connect Technology is no longer working. Any suggestions?

    • What is the make and model of your Windows 10 device and Smart TV?
    • asus x550 LA befor the update i was using the wireless diplay, smart tv is hitachi
    • How do you connect your Windows 10 device to your Smart TV? Are you using a streaming device?
    • just start from the tv wireless diplay then from the laptop i open connect from the menu and connect to the tv
    • Are you getting any error messages?
    • yes , can't connect to tv
    • What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
    • remove the device and add it again, reinstall windows 2 times, reinstall video card divers,
    • What is the current OS Build of your Windows 10 PC?
