Windows 10: Mouse Acts Erratically in Any Game

I will try to describe my issue as best I can. Starting today, my mouse has started acting extremely erratic in any game. Before I begin, I've tried this with two different mice - a Logitech G203 Lightsync wired and a Logitech M510 wireless, Bluetooth and had identical results with both. I am running Windows 11 Home, Version 10.0.22621. In the first game I tried Valheim, the cursor was acting as expected, but when attempting to click into any option it almost seemed that there was immediately another input to exit back out of that option. For example, I would left click to open Options,

Now that I have submitted a question the circles are gone and the mouse appears to be working properly. At least for the time being.

To answer some of your questions:

When did it last work correctly? About three weeks ago started to act erratic just as I describled but with one circle.

I replaced the battery in the mouse and tried it in a different usb with no change.

I tried a different wireless mouse yesterday and the problem was still present.

I have uninstalled the mouse driver and reinstalled from Microsoft web page.

I currently traveling and will work with the rest of your suggestions if the problem comes back.

erratic mouse

I have tried many options and still any mouse I use wireless or wired to USB are acting erratic, after 4 years uf using ACER Laptop, Windows 10

 

Razer Taipan mouse pointer moving erratically after Windows 10 update

I'm using the Razer Taipan mouse. The mouse pointer has been moving erratically since the last Windows 10 update a few days.

Yesterday I called Razer support. They had me uninstall the software and also delete the mouse from the list of hardware in the control panel. Then I restarted my computer and reinstalled the software. That worked for all of yesterday. This morning the mouse
pointer is moving erratically again.

I've followed the procedure from yesterday of uninstalling the software, removing the mouse from the list of hardware in the control panel, restarting the computer and reinstalling the software. This time it has not solved the problem.

Any suggestions?
