Discus and support Mouse and Keyboard and Monitor not working. I recently upgraded to windows 11 in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; The PC is running fine. The funny thing is it all happened consecutively. First the keyboard wasn't working, as I couldn't use the pin to log in. Then...     Mouse and Keyboard and Monitor not working. I recently upgraded to windows 11


    The PC is running fine. The funny thing is it all happened consecutively. First the keyboard wasn't working, as I couldn't use the pin to log in. Then I restarted by turning off the PC and then the mouse stop working, plus the monitor didn't show the PC log in page. Please help. I cannot do anything expect turn off the PC using the button and try again. And when I unplug my monitor cable and plug it back in, the LED lights will shine for a bit and then die off.

    Computer powers on, but monitors, keyboard and mouse don't work (windows 11)

    Hi,

    I recently purchased a windows 11 PC and it has been working fine for about a month. I went to turn it on this morning and there was no response from my monitor(s), keyboard or mouse. So far I have tried the following:

    1. Restarting the computer
    2. Unplugging all the equipment then plugging it back into the computer.
    3. Reducing the monitor count from 2 to 1
    4. Moving the HDMI cable from the video card input to the motherboard input
    5. After shutting down the computer, unplugging it from the wall for 30 minutes to reset the power
    6. Tried to turn on the computer in safemode using Microsoft's suggested method for black/blank screens at there website. Start your PC in safe mode in Windows - Microsoft Support
    So far still no response. Anything else I can try to get the computer functioning again?

    Mouse/Keyboard/Monitor not working after upgrade to Win10

    I recently upgraded my wife's PC from windows 8.1 to windows 10.

    During the upgrade, the computer did it's normal restart, but once it rebooted, the mouse/keyboard/monitor never turned back on.

    After multiple restarts, nothing seems to be working.

    The keyboard/mouse is USB and the monitor is connected through the onboard video card/VGA.

    Any ideas? If I have to replace parts (mobo/cpu), would Microsoft provide the Win10 key for the upgrade?

    The screen is BLACK, so I'm unable to troubleshoot through device manager.
