    Hi,


    I just bought a Microsoft Precision mouse as I want to use only one mouse / keyboard with my two desktops.

    It's working fine, I can switch between the two devices, but I need a keyboard.

    I found a page reporting all devices compatible with the Mouse and Keyboard Centerhere, but does that mean those devices are also compatible with the Smart Switch feature ?

    If not, which keyboard is compatible with Smart Switch ?

    Mouse not visible in Mouse and Keyboard Center

    I use Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard and Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse, The first is visible in Mouse and Keyboard Center, but not the mouse. The mouse
    does work, however one of the reasons I have chosen this particular mouse is the additional settings in Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center, which I cannot use.

    I have already uninstalled and reinstalled Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center. No improvement.

    The mouse is on the list of supported devices and I'm surprised by this issue as I have never heard such a problem before. It is my second Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse.

    Microsoft mouse and keyboard center + microsoft modern keyboard with FP ID.

    I bought a Microsoft precision mouse and Microsoft modern keyboard with fingerprint id, to use with several devices(smart switch), but the keyboard is not supported in Microsoft mouse and keyboard center. Im confused, how is the top keyboard 130$ not supported
    this?

    Maybe I'm doing something wrong?
