Windows 10: mouse and keyboard disconnects randomly

So i have a razer deathadder v2 as my mouse and a redragon keyboard. both of them started disconnecting randomly when playing games like a few days ago and its happening every minute or so. they are not wireless. and i noticed that this is sometimes happening with sudden movements too but im not sure that the problem. i tried reinstalling drivers, turned of Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power for my mouse keyboard usb root hub and everything.i have the latest firmware aswell. drivers are updated aswell. i dont know what im supposed to do fix this problem cuz its really fru

Mouse And Keyboard disconnecting Randomly

My mouse and keyboard is turning off for few seconds and turn on. And sometimes completely Disconnects . Then i have to reconnect them. Then some times the mouse frozes for few seconds. keyboard and mouse turns off randomly more often during playing Games.
I have tried the power management thing but didnt work. Thank You

I try to add this in some of the cases that I read when searching for this problem, but the threads are locked, so I decide to write this in an effort to assist future users with the same problem.

Gabriela Garcia, now you have it!!! Your dongle will not be randomly disconnected and reconnected anymore.

Also, I’d like to suggest the Microsoft team to update this driver default parameter of adding it as a clear option on

Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center.

 

USB wired keyboard keeps on disconnecting randomly

The USB device icon appears on the status bar, and the keyboard disconnects and reconnects, while the devices stays connected meanwhile (num lock light on), first I thought it to be a device (hardware) issue, bought a new keyboard, changed the USB port, front, back both uninstalled and reinstalled my drivers and did everything suggested in the thread, none of this worked. Meanwhile, when this is happening if I am typing, multiple keystrokes get registered (e.g. nation becomes, natioooon).
