Windows 10: Mouse and keyboard drivers not reinstalling

Hey everyone. Im running out of paitence and ideas to fix my PC. I uninstalled the usb drives to fix an issue, and after restarting, they wont reinstall. My keyboad and mouse which are both usb connected wont work. I can turn on my pc but it just sits at the user profile login screen. At this point before I take it in to get fixed, does anyone have a suggestion?


The whole reason I'm in this mess is because of a corrupted user profile. I have tried many solutions sfc, dsim none are working. I carefully tried solution in the regedit and nothing. I also can't even factory reset my pc without getting a "changes can't be made to your pc" message. Please anything!
