Windows 10: Mouse and Keyboard not working after login

The problem is that my mouse and keyboard wont work after booting up into windows 10. it all works fine in the bios and the recovery screen and sometimes i can even move the mouse for a few seconds before it gets „disabled?“. after that windows run normally i‘d assume that because the time on the bottom right runs but my inputs mouse and keyboard are not getting detected or something. i cant do anything inside windows itself. it is weird because it works fine on the recovery page. Oh and i reinstalled windows two times but the issue is still there. Connecting another pointing device does n

I would suggest you to follow the methods given below and check if it works:

Method 1:

I would suggest you to run “Hardware and Devices” troubleshooter to diagnose the exact issue.

Follow these steps to run the troubleshooter:

• 
  Press “Windows key + X”.
  
• 
  Type “Troubleshooting” without quotes in the Search box and hit enter.
  
• 
  Select “Hardware and Sound” from the Troubleshooter Window.
  
• 
  Select “Hardware and Devices” under Devices option.
  

Follow the On Screen instructions.



Method 2: Un-install and re-install latest keyboard and mouse drivers from the computer manufacturer’s website and check.

Follow these steps:

• 
  Press “Windows Key + X” from the keyboard.
  
• 
  Type “device Manager” without quotes in the search box and hit enter.
  
• 
  Right click on the keyboard and mouse drivers and select
  “Uninstall”.
  

Restart the computer once it is uninstalled.
