Windows 10: Mouse AND Keyboard not working after Windows Start

Dear AllMy mouse and my keyboard have simultaneously stopped working. I tested them on other devices they work and also as long as I am not yet in Windows they seem to work fine. USB Ports also work, since i installed windows on another disk and ran it through that one. Following Steps I did with no result:1. Reset BIOS/UEFI to default settingsOver the recovery environment2. Startup Repair - failed3. System Restore - failed4. System Image recovery - failedStartup Settings5. Enable Safe Mode - no effect6. Disable driver signature enforcement - no effect7. Repair windows with an image on a USB

Unresponsive Mouse and Keyboard in Windows 10
