Windows 10: Mouse and Keyboard not working at start after regedit

I changed my regedit of the ff:Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4d36e96b-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318} UpperFilter

Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4d36e96f-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318} UpperFilter

I got the idea to change this thru the net since my computer keeps having blue screen.

Now I can not use my keyboard and my mouse at all. I tried using a usb keyboard but no use. I can not type my password at the startup or even my mouse so there is no way for me to undo what I did in regedit. I tried using safe mode still not working. I tried using Restore.

Hope someone can help me if I can use command prompt repair to go to regedit? I am not a techy person so please be gentle.
