Windows 10: mouse clicks off to the desktop in games?

when i play games i left click for most times in games right? so like alot of the times my mouse also clicks off every tab possible all the way to the desktop, it doesnt close the apps but it just goes to the desktop and that is annoying and disrupts the way i play my games, is there a fix to this?
