Windows 10: Mouse constantly recenters. No obvious fix

On One pc on the network, whenever you move the mouse it instantly re-centres so you can’t really use it. Happens with multiple accounts.

I have deleted the drivers and rebooted which worked for a few hours. I have tried it with multiple mice. Played around on control panel and nothing seems to work? Ie might work for a few hours but will then bug out again soon after. The mouse works fine on bios which leads me to believe it is a windows error.

Any suggestions?

Mouse constantly flashing with the little blue circle


So I just recently updated to Windows 10 on Sunday and now the little blue busy circle is constantly flasshing and it s driving me insane!!! Any suggestions on what this could be and how to fix it. I have already tried restarting, checked for updates on drivers and nothing is working any help would really be appreciated.
