Windows 10: Mouse Cursor Blinking Due to Background Task MSI Center Monitor in My Case

I was facing an issue where my mouse pointer would constantly blink, and something in the background was spiking briefly in Task Manager before disappearing. Here’s how I found and fixed it:Opened Task Manager and looked at the Processes and Details tabs.I noticed a process that would briefly spike CPU usage and then vanish.I right-clicked the process and clicked "Open file location" to find out where it was coming from.In my case, it was located at:C:\Program Files x86\MSI\MSI Center\MonitorThis turned out to be part of MSI Center’s Monitor module hardware monitoring. Windows 10 - Mouse cursor sticks to edge between multiple monitors

I did get a suggestion that worked: Open the Display settings, use you mouse to drag either the leftmost or right most monitor icon (I have two monitors and a laptop, which is the center monitor) away from the center monitor icon, then release. That forces
the icon to 'snap back' to the center monitor icon. The cursor stops sticking after you do that. If I disconnect the laptop to travel, etc., the problem sometimes reoccurs but is corrected by just repeating the steps. .

 

mouse pointer display issue

with the mouse cursor there is progress in background circle being displayed.and this circle is blinking again and again.i tried stopping this blinking effect of this circle by changing settings on main.cpl but it didn't worked out.please suggest me solutions
to remove this blinking effect of the circle coming with the mouse cursor

 

Mouse cursor stuck on working in background

Hi All,

For the past 2 days my mouse cursor has been stuck on working in background and switches to working in background almost instantly after log in.

So far I have:

Reviewed task manager and top of the list is antimalware service executable at 10% CPU.

Checked for and updated all drivers for the mouse and have switched mouse with no effect

Installed all windows updates available to me.

Performed a clean boot with no startup apps but still the cursor switched to working in background almost instantly after log in.

The cursor seems to have a slight flicker as well.

My googling hasnt really gotten me anywhere but I have seen similar issues when people were upgrading from windows 8 to 10? And the fact the clean boot didnt stop the issue makes me think its a windows issue?

Although it doesnt seem to be having any effect on performance it is still very frustrating. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
