    Mouse cursor goes beserk


    For the past several years I have had a problem with the mouse cursor, which works fine for hours, then suddenly randomly jumps all over the place. I have to immediately switch the mouse off for a few minutes and then all is ok again until the next event, which happens randomly. I have a Samsung “All-in-one” PC and cordless mouse and keyboard set. I changed the mouse and keyboard set, same problem. My drivers are up to date. The whole system software is maintained current through regular MS updates. When the event is happening, and I switch the mouse off, the cursor continues to jump around fo

    No mouse cursor

    Hi,

    It is possible that the system did not recognize the mouse of your computer after it booted up. This can be the reason why you do not see the mouse cursor. Kindly perform a power cycle to refresh the power of the computer. To do this, follow these steps:

    • Shutdown the computer.
    • After shutting it down, remove the battery (if you're using a laptop) and disconnect the computer from the charger.
    • Wait for 1 minute.
    • After 1 minute, attach the battery and turn on the computer.
    • Check if you will see the mouse cursor.
