Windows 10: Mouse cursor hitting the very top or bottom of my screen

Dear Reader,I recently started playing competitive shooter games in Roblox and an issue I encountered was that when my mouse cursor moves too up or down it hits the edge of screen, showing the title bar or taskbar respectively and I am unable to use my cursor for playing the game. A few times, I even clicked the exit button and it closed my game or I click on an app in the taskbar and my game is ruined. If you have any way of helping I would be really happy as it ruins my game and the time I spent on it.Sincerely,idkagooddisplayname.

Method 1: I would suggest you to run “Hardware and Devices” troubleshooter to diagnose the exact issue.

Follow these steps to run the troubleshooter:

• 
  Press “Windows key + X”.
  
• 
  Type “Troubleshooting” without quotes in the Search box and hit enter.
  
• 
  Select “Hardware and Sound” from the Troubleshooter Window.
  
• 
  Select “Hardware and Devices” under Devices option.
  

Follow the On Screen instructions.



Method 2:
Un-install and re-install latest mouse drivers from the manufacturer’s website and see if that helps:

Follow these steps:

• 
  Press “Windows Key + X” from the keyboard.
  
• 
  Type “device Manager” without quotes in the search box and hit enter.
  
• 
  Right click on the mouse drivers and select
  “Uninstall”.
  

Restart the computer once it is uninstalled.
