    Mouse Cursor Issues

this has been going on for a long time, and just gets worse.

Over a period of about 2-1/2 years.

Several different mice, several fresh installs, several updates.

    Windows 10 Home, and Pro.

mouse will just all of the sudden change after lagging out, or locking up.

this is not malware or anything like that. as I have this issue even on fresh install.

    - Drag & Drop issues where I cannot grab a file and move it. takes sometimes 3 or 4 tries

    - Selecting text to copy will only get some of the text.

    - Mouse gets hung up, and lags out.
    - I see the desktop refresh itself.
    - The mouse cursor gets re-centered on the screen.
    - All sorts of issues like this.

    - Mouse feels like the DPI changes, or polling rate crashes or someting

    - mouse will all of the sudden feel like garbage, and not very smooth and uncontrolable

    - cannot do very precise mouse movements like selecting or clicking on small items.

Any idea why this is going on.

I feel like its a windows issue.

    Thanks

Edit: Also I don't know why all the text above is highlighted. more anomalies I guess.

    :)

    No mouse cursor

    Hi,

It is possible that the system did not recognize the mouse of your computer after it booted up. This can be the reason why you do not see the mouse cursor. Kindly perform a power cycle to refresh the power of the computer. To do this, follow these steps:

    • Shutdown the computer.
    • After shutting it down, remove the battery (if you're using a laptop) and disconnect the computer from the charger.
    • Wait for 1 minute.
    • After 1 minute, attach the battery and turn on the computer.
    • Check if you will see the mouse cursor.

Let us know how it goes.
