Windows 10: Mouse cursor keeps loading intermittently

Iv noticed that no matter what im doing the mouse cursor keeps loading intermittently as if its processing something whether my pc is sitting idle or browsing or if im watching a movie. How do I figure out whats causing this and stop it?

This is the original post on Dec 22, 2022:

• New build PC. Mouse will occasionally freeze and is jittery while frozen. Switching to a different mouse has no affect. I use a Kensington Expert wireless trackball but I have tried removing it and it's associated software. Removed it from Device manager. It still happens with a simple USB mouse. All mouse's (mice?) have been removed from Device Manager and PC restarted with the plain USB mouse. It still happens. I have gone through all the troubleshooting steps that I can find in Google searches. I suspect that some program will occasionally pop up and conflict with any mouse and cause this issue.

Nicole Aljecera was helping me and she advised doing an in-place upgrade repair per this: which I did and it seemed to work for a while. (Thanks Nicole!).

The issue has now returned. I tried doing the Windows repair as before with no luck. I've now upgraded to Win 11 in hopes that it might solve it but it didn't.

It only happens for a while after first start up of the day and seems to go away after a while. It really looks like some program in the background is activating and conflicting with the cursor.

Is there any log file that I can look at to try and identify whether this is the case?

My mouse cursor keep loading on Windows 8

My mouse cursor keep loading for every 5 seconds. i've tried almost all method to solve this problem but nothing work. It ruin's my gaming experience cause it keeps freezing everytime the loading starts, i tried ending explorer.exe but is still won't work.
Pls help any solution?
