Windows 10: Mouse cursor teleporting to the corners of the screen periodically when gaming

Windows 11 Lenovo Yoga 7 2-in-1. I just bought it a couple weeks ago and everything was fine until I played a game on it, the cursor keeps randomly teleporting to the corner of the screen periodically. My HID compliant mouse drivers all say they are up to date, and it happens with both my trackpad and an external mouse. It happens with or without the touch screen enabled. My mousepad and external mouse are clean.control panel > mouse > pointer options > enhance pointer precision OFFresults: did not helpcontrol panel > mouse > pointer options > enhance pointer precision

i have a dual monitor display, and my mouse cursor frequently teleports to the bottom left of my second monitor on the left side. This happens even more often when i try moving the mouse from the left monitor to the right.

 

Cursor keeps teleporting onto the Notifications tab

Randomly, my cursor will suddenly teleport onto the Notifications tab on the very bottom right of the screen. At first, I thought this was an issue with Onedrive as there was a notification that the Onedrive storage was full, but this was not the case as it will teleport my cursor even when there are no notifications. I turned notifications off but the issue persists. This is not an issue with my mouse as this problem occurred with two of my mice and I have restarted my computer multiple times over a few day period and the problem keeps persisting. It is very annoying. I have a video that shows exactly what's happening. The problem occurs at 0:22, 0:46, 1:09, and 1:35.

 

Mouse Cursor Randomly Teleports

Hello! Recently I have started to have a problem with my laptop where even as I am not touching anything, my cursor will randomly flash around my screen. By consulting similar questions that people have asked in the past I tried disabling my touchpad, touchscreen,
and turned off my Bluetooth mouse all at once, yet I could still see my cursor jumping. Additionally, I have accessed BIOS and booted my laptop in safe mode, and in both of these cases everything worked perfectly. This caused me to believe it to be a software
issue, so I downloaded the Windows update I had available, and when that did not work I factory reset my laptop. However, while the problem appeared to have fixed itself then, now the next day, my cursor continues to teleport around the screen. While I did
back up some of my documents and pictures on a drive and put them back on the laptop when the reset was finished, I do not see how any of them could cause this issue. All in all, I am very confused and would like any advice to try and fix my laptop.
