Windows 10: Mouse cursor trapped on monitor I do not have

I have a single screen setup with #2 as my main monitor. My mouse cursor kept disappearing off to the left onto monitor #1 that I don't have. I selected monitor #1 and moved it away from #2, hoping this would keep my mouse cursor from going to the non-existent monitor and getting lost. Now, the only place I can see my mouse cursor is in the far upper left-hand corner of my main/#2 monitor. I cannot get the cursor to anything to re-set the display settings. I can't get it to go anywhere to do anything! How can I fix this situation?Thanks, David

Windows 10 - Mouse cursor sticks to edge between multiple monitors

I did get a suggestion that worked: Open the Display settings, use you mouse to drag either the leftmost or right most monitor icon (I have two monitors and a laptop, which is the center monitor) away from the center monitor icon, then release. That forces
the icon to 'snap back' to the center monitor icon. The cursor stops sticking after you do that. If I disconnect the laptop to travel, etc., the problem sometimes reoccurs but is corrected by just repeating the steps. .

 

No mouse cursor

It is possible that the system did not recognize the mouse of your computer after it booted up. This can be the reason why you do not see the mouse cursor. Kindly perform a power cycle to refresh the power of the computer. To do this, follow these steps:

• Shutdown the computer.
• After shutting it down, remove the battery (if you're using a laptop) and disconnect the computer from the charger.
  
• Wait for 1 minute.
• After 1 minute, attach the battery and turn on the computer.
• Check if you will see the mouse cursor.

Mouse cursor disapears on 3rd monitor

It appears that you're having problems regarding your cursor on your third monitor. For us to effectively assist you with your concern, we would like to know the following:

• When did you start experiencing this problem?
• Did you make any changes to your computer prior to the issue?
• Have you tried using a different mouse?
• Have you tried disconnecting and reconnecting your third monitor?
• Do you have another monitor that we can you use as third display, and see if the issue persists?
