  1. Mouse does not work correctly after a few minutes of operation with seagate backup plus hub

After a few minutes of operation with Seagate Backup Plus hub, the mouse operation jump and will not move correctly. If I disconnect Seagate drive and restart, mouse operation is normal. If I plugin the drive, after a few minutes the mouse starts to fail.

I did not have this problem when I purchased the drive. Operation was good for about 9 months.

I have a wireless mouse. I have moved the mouse to a different USB port. Still have the same issue.

    :)

    Seagate Backup Plus

Seagate Backup Plus 5 Tb drive shows up on my Windows 10 device manager but does not show up on the file history and scheduler does not work.

Spent 2 hours with Seagate Tech support but said it's a Microsoft problem.

  3. Seagate Backup Plus Slim and Windows 10

I am able to backup my files using Seagate Backup Plus Slim. Windows 10 tells me my Seagate software is up to date. However I keep getting notifications to backup my files on the Windows 10 Notifications Board. Also Windows 10 does not allow me to add
my Seagate Backup as an external device and seems not to be registering that I am already backing up my files to an the external Seagate hard drive. Any suggestions?

Mouse does not work correctly after a few minutes of operation with seagate backup plus hub

Seagate Backup Plus 4TB drive with Windows 10 stopped working

My Seagate Backup Plus stopped working when I upgraded to MS 10. My Seagate Dashboard said the software (4.021.0) was up to date. My troubleshooter said the device was working properly. I FINALLY went to Seagate's website, which indicated that Seagate
Backup Plus works with MS 10 ONLY for software versions 4.2.x or later. Soooo....guess I am out of luck with being able to use my existing backup drive.
