  1. Mouse driver uninstalled and not working.

Hello, A couple of months ago, a Microsoft help agent accidentally deleted the mouse driver on my laptop. I have tried multiple times to get it reinstalled and fixed, but it has not worked. I had to buy an external mouse but honestly it has been tough. I just want to see if there is a way I could get my mouse pad to start working again or reinstall my driver. I was too scared to ask since it was a Microsoft agent that caused the problem in the first place.

    :)

  2. How do you uninstall chipset drivers?

I'm installing a new mobo so I need to uninstall the intel 865g drivers to make way for the P35 drivers.

Can't find any uninstall options in add/remove programs and intel chipset inst listed in driver cleaner.

Any suggestions? *Confused Mouse driver uninstalled and not working.

Wireless mouse "driver is unavailable" issues

    Hi,

The error Driver is unavailable means that there is no available driver installed for your mouse that’s why it is not working. We suggest that you check the mouse driver from the device manager. Follow the steps below:

    • Open Device Manager.
    • Look for Mice and other pointing devices and click it to expand.
    • Check if there is a driver for the wireless mouse.

If there is none, we suggest that you visit the manufacturer’s website of the mouse and download then install the latest mouse driver compatible to Windows 10.

Get back to us if you need further assistance.

    • Press Windows key + X, then select Device Manager.
    • Look for the keyboard and mouse drivers.
    • Uninstall the problematic driver and restart your computer.
