Windows 10: Mouse forces itself to the top left corner of my monitor after exitting gamebar

Heyo, need some help here, my mouse gets really finicky when I close gamebar now it only started happening just today. When I open gamebar, sometimes my mouse just jumps to the top left corner of my 2nd monitor my left most monitor, but I still have control over it. however, when I exit gamebar, my mouse slides back to the top left corner and refuses to leave that spot. The only fix I have found is to just open and close gamebar again, but I do not want to repeatedly do this every time I use gamebar, especially during a game.

I have surface pro 4 running twin monitors.

Mouse cursor keeps jumping up to top left hand corner of screen and opening whatever file shortcut is up there.

It is rendering the computer unusable.

Something to do with trackpad sensitivity?
