Windows 10: Mouse freezing on extended monitor

Hi,


I recently set up a new Lenovo Idea Pad using Windows 10. I use a second monitor and when I mouse to the second screen, the mouse freezes and will not move until I left click. This happen constantly making the second screen all but useless I have uninstalled and reinstalled the mouse driver and played with the energy setting as well.


Any ideas?

Trouble with 2 monitors

I suggest you to change the settings to Extended Monitor and check if it helps.

Please follow below steps:

• Right Click any ware of the Desktop, and launch Personalization.
• Go to dual monitor settings under personalization, and change it Extended Monitor.

Monitor extend

I have an issue with monitor extend. When I tried to extend the monitor, the monitor didn't react properly, it looks like the monitor is freeze but the cursor is visible and you can moving the cursor but when I tried clicking on an object on the screen
or use right click nothing happened. Other monitor projection works, when I tried to detect monitors, system see both monitors.

I already tried update graphics, restart notebook (DELL Latitude) but nothing happened.
