Windows 10: Mouse freezing when typing READ FULLY

Hello, I have a problem with a certain laptop that means when I type it freezes the mouse. It's a setting as I saw it before but I can't seem to find it. Any ideas?

Trackpad: Synaptics LuxPad V7.5

My mouse freezes whenever I type

My mouse freezes for about 3 seconds whenever I type. I have tried every suggestion, including turning off palmcheck, but when I looked for palmcheck where they told me to look it wasn't there. I am using a new HP laptop with windows 10
