    Hi Microsoft i am currently facing a really big problem with the mice what am i using it its a USB as i have done all the steps which i need to uninstall drivers re-install and other stuffs too but it still the same problem as soon i reboot finishing all the steps it still the same i thought it might be mice fault but its new one which i bought it and i removed it from my current pc and attached to my laptop its running good and fine without any freeze or nothing as soon as i connect to the pc it starts the same old thing freezing and cursor doesnt move could you please help me out to what steps more to be taken.. sorry about my bad english sentences

    There are several reasons that could have cause your keyboard and mouse to freeze. To know more about the issue, we will ask some questions to help us:

    Hi,

    Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

    Try the below suggested steps.

    Method 1

    1. Unplug all the external devices except Mouse and Keyboard.
    2. Try to reboot the device and check the status of the issue.
    Method 2

    I would suggest you to perform Power drain by following the suggested steps.

    1. Press and hold the Power Button down for 30-40 seconds.
    2. Hold the Volume Rocker up and Power ON for almost 20 second.
    3. Release the power button and wait for next 10-15 seconds.
    4. Press the power button to turn on your Surface and check the status of the issue.

    Mouse getting freezed for more than 20 seconds and its get stuck

    Mouse freezes for a few seconds after typing (windows 10)

    this happens when interacting with the task bar, notification centre, cortana or even start menu.

    The computer doesn't hang completely, i.e. I'm still able to launch programs from shortcuts, but mouse pointer is stuck too. When the taskbar freezes, the start button and Explorer
    freeze as well. Usually after a period of seconds everything unfreezes.

    It is extremely annoying when used to using win key for global searches to get stuck for 5 seconds for no apparent reason (task manager doesn't show any spike of activity).
