Windows 10: Mouse hover feature not available in control panel - windows 10

Hi, I disabled mouse hover a while back then tried adding again this week with no results. I ran all the Windows updates available and now the feature has disappeared from control panel/ turn on easy access key/make it easier to access windows.I tried adding a screen shot but this too isn't working.Hope you can help?Mant thanks.Ben.

2. Click on Control Panel.

3. In the control panel window, select “Ease of Access Centre” option.

4. Click on “Make mouse easier to use”.

How to disable the mouse hover feature in windows 10?

This does not work. I've checked boxes and unchecked boxes and 'applied' the options to no avail. I don't understand why this would even be an option. It seriously annoys me. It takes control out of my hands and opens things I don't want to open. I've
read all the solutions, but none seem to fully resolve this option. The hover action activation/deactivation needs to be seriously understood and fixed.
