Windows 10: Mouse hover-over volume auto scroll bug

Hey,i have like some other people also this issue:When i hover with my mouse over some kind of volume bar can confirm on Spotify App Volume, Default Windows Volume, Youtube Browser Volume bar it either increases or decreases volume automatically. It somehow depends on the mood of the pc : Sometimes it increases, sometimes it decreases it. And even sometimes it fixes itself for a day :This occured like around one month ago.It is the most annyoing thing ever and i wanna get rid of it. Please help me :I did upgrade to Windows 11 from Windows 10. But this didn't fix the bug.

I did upgrade to Windows 11 from Windows 10. But this didn't fix the bug.

This situation is actually a new feature in Windows 11 preview:

The scroll wheel adjusts the volume directly when the mouse is moved over the volume icon in the taskbar or the volume bar in the player and browser.

This may be confusing, so I wanted to check with you what version of the operating system your computer is currently using.

You can go to Start - Settings - About, open the About page and post the screenshots in the thread.

If you're using a Preview plan version, this feature is available for now.

Of course, I noticed that you said that you still had this problem even after changing the OS to Windows 10, which made me think that in this case it might be a BUG. I would like more information to help you identify the issue and any information would be appreciated.

Mouse Scrolling Issues

Basiclly I'm having major issues with my mouse autmocaticlly scrolling.

This only appears to happen on certian places, for example my emails. If I simply hover over an email it'll automaticlly start scrolling down until it reaches the bottom. My master volume on the task bar and even the Youtube volume, when I simply hover or
select this, it'll automaticlly start turning up. When I type in a box or filling out a form, you get the suggestions which list below, my computer will automaticlly start scrolling through these options making it impossible to type!

Even if I hold the 'Ctrl' button down on it's own, whichever page I'm on will start zooming out. I've tried a different mouse and keyboard, no luck! Played around with my mouse settings, no luck. This only seems to have happened since upgrading from Windows
8 to Windows 10!
