    Mouse Hover to Show Folder Contents Preview


    I am looking to hover over a folder and get a quick read of what is inside while surfing around a poorly organized file system. Is there anything that will let me do this so I don't have to click in and click out of every folder.

    Folders will not open when I hover files over them.

    Joseph, are you referring to the left hand Explorer bar unfolding when you hover the mouse to show the contents of a folder?

    If so that is controlled from the View Tab, under Navigation Pane, tick the box to Expand to Open Folder.

    Windows 10 taskbar app icon not showing preview (Taskbar Hover preview)

    Hi,I found that when I hovered my mouse pointer over the app icons on taskbar. Windows didn't show a preview (a small window above the app icon) of the apps like it used to. I am wondering how to fix this?
