Windows 10: Mouse is jumping / stuttering and i don't know why

Hi, I have a problem with my mouse cursor that i just noticed yesterdayThe problem is that my mouse is "jumping" or "teleporting" and it causes some stutters on games that use the mouse to aim , and is really annoying in generalThese are the things i've tried for now:-Using a different mouse I was using a g502, and i changed to a Razer Mamba Elite and the problem persists, also tried moving the cursor with my drawing screen pen and nothing changed-Reinstalling mouse drivers-Restarting the PC-Using windows recovery to reinstall windows-Using a different USB Port-Checking resource manager to s

I use all the year my mouse and it Works good but today I go to do a thing and when I returned to my computer the mouse don´t Works good.

the problem is:

when I use my mouse, for example, I move my mouse up and it goes right and if I move it right it goes down

I don´t know what to do

i have tried to uninstall the mouse but it still

After installing Automatic Update KB4565627 My mouse jumps and stutters, Youtube Stutters and jumps, hard disk drive constantly flashing

After installing Automatic Update KB4565627 My mouse jumps and stutters, Youtube Stutters and jumps, hard disk drive constantly flashing/flickering

I've been having this issue for a few weeks. If I recover my PC to before KB4565627 everything is fine.

So last week after recovery, I paused the automatic updates.

PC was fine all week. Automatic update tonight problem is now back......! ????

When I check Task Manager CPU is at 5%, memory is at 46% - is this seems high I'm not running anything.

I have 8 Gb Ram.

Disk = 0%

GPU 1%

Its as though the PC is running at CPU 100% (even though it isn't) so even a mouse movement, the pointer stutters and jumps as it moves across the screen. Playing Youtube is awful stutters, pauses, jumps etc.

I really don't know what to do. I wasted hours and hours on this a few weeks back.

I suspect if I uninstall KB4565627 problem will go, but automatic update next time will just bring it back.

C:\ drive is solid state - OCZ-VERTEX4

D:\ seagate - ST2000DM001-9YN164

GPU - NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1060 3Gb

There are no errors in Device Manager

All drivers, motherboard, NVIDEA GPU drivers updated a few weeks back.

PC was working perfectly until KB4565627 installed
